Orders
All orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to the pick up date. We usually fill up each weekend and have our schedule booked early. The earlier you can place your order, the better!
Pricing
Because every cake is custom, pricing is based on the details of your order: size, flavors, design, and level of detail. We’ll provide a quote once we know exactly what your vision is for your special day. Think of it like commissioning edible art!
Deposits + Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery. For weddings and large events, the final payment is due one week before the event.
Cancellations
Life happens; we get it! Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, we’re happy to apply your deposit toward a future order.
Pick-Up + Delivery
All orders are available for pickup in Lubbock’s Melanie Park neighborhood. We’ll send you the pickup address and instructions once your cake is complete. Delivery is available for an additional $10 fee within the local area. For tiered cakes or large events, we recommend delivery so your cake arrives safe and sound.
Design Changes
Minor design changes can usually be made up until 7 days before your event. Bigger changes may affect pricing or availability, so the earlier we know, the better.
Allergies + Special Diets
We can make any baked good gluten-free and use dye-free, natural colorings in all of our products. However, all of our baked goods are prepared in our home, which is not inspected by the local health department. We cannot guarantee that our kitchen is allergen-free. If you have any allergies or special dietary needs, please let us know when placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate you.
