How to Order
We like to keep things simple and personal, so here’s how the whole process works:
Step 1: Reach Out
You can either fill out the form below, or you can message us through our Instagram or Facebook accounts. Please let us know your event date, the type of cake or baked good(s) you’re looking for, and send any inspiration photos or ideas you have. The more details the better for cakes!
Step 2: Let’s Dream Together
Once we receive your inquiry and know the basics, we’ll reach out to talk through all the little details that make your cake unique. Then, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your vision.
Step 3: Secure Your Spot
A 50% deposit is required to book your order and reserve your date. Once that’s done, we’ll get to work planning your creation.
Step 4: Toppers or Decorations
If you have any cake toppers or decor that you want added to your cake, we can either order them for you and add the cost to your total, or we ask that you drop them off to us at least one week prior to your pickup date.
Step 5: Pickup or Delivery
On your special day, you can pick up your order in the Melonie Park neighborhood in Lubbock. We’ll send you the exact pickup address and instructions once your cake is complete. Local delivery is also available for an additional fee. For larger or tiered cakes, we highly recommend delivery to ensure everything arrives picture-perfect.
