We are a family owned and operated cottage bakery in Lubbock, Texas built on love, service, and a passion for clean, wholesome baked goods.

At Baked by Nana, we specialize in clean, custom cakes and offer a variety of other delicious sweet treats.

All of our baked goods are crafted with fresh-milled flour, organic ingredients, and natural, dye-free colorings because we believe every celebration deserves cakes that are as wholesome and tasty as they are beautiful. From birthdays to weddings and everything in between, our family is honored to help you celebrate life’s sweetest moments with love, quality, and care.

“I knew I wanted a fresh milled cake for my son's first birthday, and Baked by Nana 100% delivered the tastiest, most perfect cake for his birthday party!!! I personally am not a huge fan of cake (or so I thought) but I think I ate about half of it! It was so yummy, decorated perfectly, and I knew I could trust the ingredients going into my baby's little body.

The cakes, breads and pies are some of the best I’ve had. Fresh-milled wheat really makes a superior baked good!! They’ve found a way to make cakes with nontoxic ingredients, completely free of dyes. They taste different than a traditional cake in the best possible way.

“As someone who can’t eat gluten without getting sick, their gluten free cake made with sorghum flour didn’t bother me at all! So many gluten free options can be dry and taste like cardboard, but this cake was absolutely delicious. You would never even know it was gluten free. I definitely recommend Baked for any gluten free baked goods!”
